Where is the conference held? The conference is will be held at Hope Church in Fort Worth, TX, about 30 minutes from DFW International Airport. More travel information below.

How many seats are available? In order to allow for maximum interaction and dialogue during this year's conference, we are pleased to announce that 300 seats will be made available. The First 175 people registered will have priority seating in our main auditorium. The 176th person to register and each person after them will be seated in overflow rooms with a live feed to our main auditorium. Registration will be closed once we reach 300 and a waiting list will begin. In order to guarantee a spot, register today!

What is your cancellation policy? Registrations maybe transferred to another person for the same conference at any time, however we are unable to transfer a credit to a different conference. Due to the commitments we've made in advance, cancelations must be requested in writing to conference@hopeglobalnetwork.com by 1/18/2011 and a $75 processing fee (per registration) will apply to all cancelations. Any refund requests received after 1/18/2011 will not be accepted.

Is there childcare available? Sorry, our conferences are adult learning environments only. We will not be able to accommodate any children so you will need to make other arrangements. Children will not be allowed at the event and childcare cannot take place on campus.

What do you mean by "full-time student" — Do I qualify for the discounted rate? You qualify for the student rate if you are considered a "full-time student" at the college/university in which you are currently enrolled.

What do you do with pictures and video taken during the conference? Hope Global Network uses photos and video taken from events for print, web, and video resources. Your registration constitutes permission given to Hope Global Network for these purposes.

What is the dress code? Dress for Hope Global Network events is casual. As the date for your event nears, you might want to check Weather.com (using zip code 76103) for the weather outlook.

Is lunch provided? Yes. Lunch on Thursday and Friday is included with your registration.

Are there snack breaks? Yes. Several refreshment breaks will be provided throughout each day. All food and beverages will be provided for you.

Will I be "connected" at the conference? Yes, WiFi is available throughout the building.

I'd like to catch a service at Hope Church — What are the service times? Hope Church Service times (CST): There are three identical services that last about 60 minutes, 8:30am, 10am & 11:30am.

What about travel and accomodation information?

Airports:
Two airports are convenient to the Dallas Fort Worth area:

  • Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW). The airport is located about 30 minutes from Hope Church, host site for Wisdom Conference 09.
  • Dallas Love Field (DAL). Love Field is about 40 minutes from Hope Church.

Hotels:
Conference attendees are responsible for their own accommodations. You may find some helpful information at http://www.fortworth.com/visitors/hotels.
